I get the following error when I try to download Minecraft onto my new PC:
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
I've updated Java, so that + google-fu makes me think my issue is that my new PC was named by a friend as "Mine!" complete with exclamation point. I've changed the name of my computer and the User ID, but there's still a user folder called Mine! and the downloader always wants to run things through that, even when it's put on the desktop. I can create new folders but can't change the name of this initial one. Help?
(So more of a system / PEBCAK problem than anything, but Minecraft is the only program that's given me trouble so far). Thanks.
