My pc wont stop freezing and skipping frames on Minecraft game. I even set all setting to low or off but it still not help at all. My CPU usage keep hitting 97%-100% every 3-5 seconds.

Was it on a minecraft server if it was then its the server not you i have an extremly fast Window's 7 but i always lag on server's there is no stoping it. Hope i helped this was my 1st post
It was not on server. Like I said, CPU kept hitting 97%-100% both online and offline. Frames kept freezing. I even tried to overclock CPU and it did not help at all too.
My knowledge of PCs is limited at best, but I believe a 32-bit system only allows you to use your RAM up to a capped percentage. Whilst I doubt this is responsible for your FPS issues, it may be worth looking in to an upgrade. (Your games will thank you!)
Do you run any mods on your server or have any Redstone contraptions set up to remain on?
I guess that is probably make sense but has it do with windows running slow as well? Since my XPS 730 seem can be upgraded to 64 bits Windows 7
