Hey I have been trying to set us a little LAN server for my sister and I to use. Were both using verified accounts that are different ones. We're both on the same internet and router. I have tried googling for a fix and tried the firewall fix of allowing programs through the firewall, but no go. I have even tried to set up a just plain server which didn't work. Is there something with 1.7.9 that is messing this up? I tried looking for solutions but there is basically nothing out there on this topic. Thanks

There are some traps u can tap in on setup a server:
- Have u PC / Server in u Network fix IP´s? (Most people use DHCP to get IP´s but this is for Server an no go.)
- Have u the Server on same PC as u Minecraft or on an extra PC. (On older PC its hard to run server and Minecraft on same PC)
- Remember the FIX IP? U both try to connect to the Fix Server IP + the Port u set in the Serverconfig?
If u want call my on skyp and i set it up for u. (I setup for friends 5-6 Server Vanilla and 2-3 Bukkit Server)
