Ok, so when I am playing single player, I usually get around 20 to 30 FPS, it isn't great, but it is good for now. I use a few programs to help stop this lag, the programs I use are, CCleaner, Razer Game Booster, and Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 7. They help out a lot, but I really want more FPS. If you know any more programs or tips to fixing lag, excluding Optifine, please tell me ASAP, thanks Also, I do not want to use any option that lowers the graphics, I would like to have them normal.
well, I was looking for some good tips or help, but i guess ill go back to optifine since a lot of people say how good it is, i just hate playing with bad graphics, thanks guys
You could allocate more ram to java if you have any to spare
Close down stuff you aren't using
etc
Beyond that you'll probably need a better PC.

Although you can also ajust the FPS limit in the video (or view settings i not sure) settings between 10-120 FPS per second.
