My Minecraft is acting bad, the launcher usually starts normally, but when I go to play a world, it says: Minecraft (not responding). So I left it alone for awhile, and then it crashed. I have no mods, no current texture packs. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
PROBLEM 1- This problem shows up when I click play on the launcher
[Client thread/ERROR]: @ Post render _______________________________________________________________________________________
PROBLEM 2- This problem occurs when I select a world to play or create

Hmm. This says that you have following version: IntelĀ® HD Graphics Family GL version 3.1.0 - Build 8.15.10.2622, Intel Try running this Intel driver update utility and see if it detects anything newer available. Then install it. http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
According to the pinned post item you might have some bad software installed too. You can download HijackThis and run it and then copy paste results here and we can check if there is anything suspicious running. http://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/

And that's the whole crash.
9. java.lang.IllegalStateException: failed to create a child event loop
If you are getting this error, that means an application is trying to stop Minecraft from running. Usually, it is junk software and/or malware.
Hop onto #minecrafthelp and tell the helpers you are getting this error.
