When I start up the Minecraft launcher and try to sign in, it gives me these:

Starting launcher.
After this loads, I try to sign in to my premium Minecraft account with both my username and email address along with my password. I am 100% positive my email address and password are correct.
When I can't log in, it also says, "Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked. (SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out)
I am also 100% positive my internet connection is at it's best and Minecraft is not blocked.
I played Minecraft yesterday without any problems, and as I tried to play today, I couldn't log in. I did not touch any of the .minecraft files.
Can anyone help me?
