Hello! I'm posting from the Beta, and it's awesome! Anyways, I need some more help. So the laptop I use is really bad for playing Minecraft, I think the maximum FPS is 17, so yeah. The model is a LG X110 with intel Atom. However, I plan on getting a better laptop. The problem is that I don't know if it can run Minecraft. That's the main reason I'm getting a new laptop. So I was wondering, can the Dell Venue 11 Pro run Minecraft? I've seen videos of Minecraft running on a Dell Venue 8 Pro, but I really don't know if the 8 and 11 are different or the 11 is just an upgraded version of the 8. or can you suggest another laptop that costs less than $500 or $450? Thanks for your help. I think those 2 would run better than an X110. Here Is an image of the info of my laptop. The new way of uploading images here doesn't work, I uploaded a photo of 1.75 MB, but it said not to upload photos larger than 1 GB. So I'll stick with imgur.
New info, I decided that those hybrids won't work well, so I have two other laptops in mind. Problem is, I won't be using my laptop only for Minecraft, I will also use it for other games. So the first is a Toshiba with Intel Core i3. It has a 15.6" screen, 8GB of RAM, and 750GB of storage. The next one is an HP laptop. It's pretty much the same except for two differences. 1: the HP has only 4GB of RAM, and 2: it is a touchscreen. The HP has the same storage, processor, and screen size, the only difference is that one has less RAM and is touchscreen. So, I was wondering if HP can add more RAM to the laptop for me. If it can, I will buy the HP and add more RAM. If it can't, I'll get the Toshiba. I think the Toshiba is better, but I need to take in mind the details. Thanks for your help. EDIT: I forgot to mention that they both cost the same.
Here's my suggestion. Buy a USED Macbook Pro in amazon. It should be pretty affordable, easy to use, and it is able to sustain your Minecraft pretty well.
If you still have additional money, try searching up Macbook Pro RAM.

Unless your interested in wasting your money on something that gives you about 30 fps then please don't do this, Macs are more for rendering videos they're terrible for gaming you would waste so much money doing this.
If you really want to have a good computer for Minecraft and gaming go to the Computers & Technology section and make a thread asking for a computer build (if you are interested in building a computer it's more simple then in sounds) make sure to put your budget, currency, etc. Even if you don't want to build a computer they can recommend a $550 laptop that can max Minecraft. It will cost about $600+ to get good frames on medium setting for Next Gen games.
I have new laptop information: Is this a good laptop to play Minecraft and GTA 4? Priority is Minecraft. Type: Notebook. Model: Dell Precision. Runs Windows 7 Professional. It has a 17.1" HD Ultrasharp Display (1920x1200). Processor: Intel Core i5. Processor Speed: 2.60 GHz. Graphics Processing Type: NVIDIA Quadro FX With Dedicated Memory (1GB). RAM: 8GB. Hard Drive Capacity: 128 GB SSD + 750GB. Optical Drive: DVD+/-RW. These are details I really don't care about: Price: Currently $31.00 on bid (Manafacturer Refurbished)
I swear this is the last one. Which one of these is better: A Dell Inspiron 14 3421 with Windows 8.1, Core i3-3217U 1.8 Ghz, Intel HD 4000 Graphics, 4GB of RAM, 1TB of Hard Drive, and Touch Screen. The other is a 2 In 1 HP Split 13 m100la X2 with Windows 8, 4th Generation Intel Core i3-4010Y 1.3Ghz, Intel HD Graphics 4400, 4GB of RAM, and 500GB of Hard Drive. I swear this is the last time I ask.
