Okay I am trying to download forge. I have been playing since 1.5. The problem is, I cannot. When I click the installer, it opens up this file:

When I click the WINRAR file inside it, I get this:

It is really annoying the crap out of me!! I REALLY want to play with mods!

This isn't the first time I have downloaded forge and installed it (I did for all 1.6), but this is the first time I have had this problem.

I have a windows 7 PC.

Please help.
