Hey, I recently wanted to get the hexxit modpack. To clear any bad things happening, seeing as minecraft is now 1.7.9 and hexxit is still 1.5.2, I cleared my minecraft folder and then re-downloaded and installed minecraft, and at the start I changed the version I wanted (in edit profile) to 1.5.2, before loading any other versions.

I downloaded the technic launcher, and then logged in, clicked the hexxit logo thingy and clicked launch. Somewhere in the process this comes up:

So, I click OK, and then this screen comes up:

I wait for about 10 minutes, and after then it still shows 0%, so I click the “Stop” button. Then it asks me, “This will stop minecraft from launching. Are you sure you want to do this?” I click yes, then click the hexxit tab / launcher thing on my taskbar, and it is a minecraft rectangle that’s all white. I click the X button. It disappears, then I go back to the technic launcher screen, with hexxit selected. I click play again, and the same error repeats all over.

Please HELP!
