Sometimes when I play minecraft I switch windows look something up about command blocks or something else. So I open my inventory so my cursor appears and I will go use the internet. A few days ago I did this and when I switched back to minecraft window it was not responding. This version of minecraft was modded launcher thing I was using. There were so many mods that it took about 5 minutes to respond. A few days later I tried just normal vanilla minecraft and it is also occuring in that but it only took a few seconds to respond. Every so often when I would start the launcher it wouldn't open. So I went into task manager and ended the javaw.exe that pertained to it but it wouldn't end. So i restarted my pc and after that the window not responding thing started to happen. I have no idea how to fix it. Thanks

I believe I found out what it was, someone else said that raptr was causing it for them and i had just recently installed that. It started to happen around the same time so I think unistaling it will fix the issue
