So, for the past week or so I've had this error come up to where it disconnects me from servers and says "an established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine." I have no idea what this means, I have the correct java for my mine craft and all updates. Please help. This is happening only when I play on snapshots and this server is hosted by a 24 hour hosting service. Please reply if you have any idea what I can do to fix.
The server is disconnecting you. You may want to ask the administrator of the server to check the server logs on what happens if you try to join, they may be able to help.

it doesn't happen when I try to join the server. it happens after ive been playing for like 10 to 5 mins.
The server admin still probably has logs as to why you were disconnected. That'll give you more of an insight.
