the registry refers to a nonexistent java Runtime environment installation or the runtime is corrupted

the system cannot find the file specified

Please remove all versions of Java from the machine via the control panel. Reboot, then grab the latest here
http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Please get the 64-bit version if you have a 64-bit computer.
