I have been trying to compile a mod pack with quite a few mods. But here is the thing. Every single mod was working fine until I installed the erebbus and ars magics 2. I fixed ID conflicts for both mods. I have loading these two mods together before, with other mods installed, and everything has worked fine. I have assigned 3 gigabytes to minecraft, and my computer has a total of 8 gigabytes. I have a relatively new computer, with an i5 processor. It can run vanilla at max settings 60 fps. But when i try to load my mod pack, everything loads fine UP until l I try to create a new world. It then either freezes up, stuck at the load terrain screen, or it freezes and says "shutting down internal server". I have to either shut it down, or force quit it.
But here us the weird thing. This same thing always happen when i install around 65-70 mods. Even if all the mods are all the right versions, and are all compatible. Once i reach this number of mods, worlds dont load. This is super weird because my computer can run Feed the beast Monster (160 mods) at around 20 fps on max settings!
Can someone please help?
More Information: No, no crash. When I try to create a new world, it either is just stuck on loading world, building terrain, or just the dirt screen, or it says shutting down internal server, and then it starts to "not respond". Sometimes it will shut down on its own, sometimes I have to force quit.

Yes, I have tried reinstalling forge AND minecraft
NO crash, no item ID conflicts
I have assigned 3 gigs of RAM to minecraft
My computer can run a modpack twice this size just fine. I plan on adding more mods. I really need help, because I have been working on this mod pack a long time,and I need it finished by Friday. Or else my friends will not use this in our lets play we plan to do this summer, they will move onto attack of the b team. Can somebody please help?
