I have a updated Picture. Here I have 16x anisotropic Filtering and mipmaps set to high. It still looks the same.

Again it looks fine.
That's how it is supposed to look. Those "patterns" you see are a result of how Minecraft renders individual blocks, and not image meshes.

If you want anti-aliasing so bad, for AMD cards you could go into the Catalyst Control Center, find Gaming, click on 3D Application Settings, find anti-aliasing, select "Override video settings", and select your preferred sample level, filter, and method.
For Nvidia cards, you could go into the Nvidia Control Panel, find 3D Settings, Adjust 3D Settings, and find anti-aliasing.
Alternately, in-game, make sure Mipmap level is set on level 4.

Apparently you also need to turn AdvancedOpenGL off, for some reason.
What do I do? I have a GTX 770.
