Minecraft Problem Solved.
It seems like Intel HD Graphics Family was the problem. If you recently installed a update for Intel HD Graphics, you could get this problem.
A simple fix would be to do a system restore to your last update and installing the other updates back.

When I open Minecraft, nothing happens. But when I go into a single or multiplayer game, thing start happening. Light starts flickering and the HUD flickers. I bothers me sooo much. (only happening in Minecraft) There is a thing that I suspect is the problem, but I can't be sure. It was an optional update for adding a driver or updating a driver for Windows 8. After updating, I open Minecraft and noticed flickering. (Hasn't happened before today)

PC Specs: Dell Insiron 15R 5537 15" Notebook
4th gen Intel Core
Processer: Intel® Core™ i7-4500U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.40GHz
1TB Hard Drive
Installed memory (RAM): 16.0 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System
TouchScreen Support w/ 10 Touch Points

There have been numerous reports of this happening with the Windows 8.1 driver installed. Try uninstalling the update.

What piece of hardware did you install the driver for?

That is what i'm not sure about... I think it might have been a intel thing.

It was part of an optional update in windows update.

FINALLY!!! Minecraft stops flickering. Did a system restore and it stopped!
