As i'm playing Minecraft everything flickers not just chuncks but my HUD my Inventory. When I go into my options even the buttons flicker on and off somtimes flickering white sometimes just dissapearing then reapering i've tried taking screenshots but I fail horribly.
Things i've tried:
Reinstalling minecraft
Capping FPS at 30 and lower.
Turning Vsync on and off
Changing FOV, Graphics, Smooth Lighting, Brightness, Bobbing, Render Distance, Particles, Full screen, Anisotropic Filtering on and off, Clouds on and off.
Specs:
Fyi I do run dual monitors I have used the client on both and same problem.
Ram: 4 GB
Operating system: Windows 8.1
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770k CPU @ 3.50 GHz 3.50 GHz
Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

There have been many reports of that happening because of a Windows 8.1 desktop driver. Try re installing the previous driver and deleting that one, then tell me if the problem persists.

PC specs: Intel Core 2 Duo e8500 @ 3.16ghz / XFX Radeon HD 6670 2GB DDR3 / 6GB 1666MHz DDR3 RAM / Windows 7 Professional
Since you cannot roll back the driver, perhaps locate what version the driver you currently use is and do a websearch for the prior driver. Should be able to find a download somewhere.

I just set up my new computer so yes in the past week this is a brand new computer.
