I'm getting very unstable fps ranging from up to 600 FPS to 30 FPS constantly and I have tried everything to get my Game to run stable and It's to the point that it is not stable unless I'm using dxtory to force it to 30 FPS. I Have tried to use optifine to run all 8 threads and using 8GB of Ram in minecraft (I know minecraft only needs 512 MB to run fine) but nothing seems to work. I'm running Java 8 and the rest of my DxDiag is below.
Alright so everything is now updated again and I ran Minecraft and the frame randomness is gone and is running steady however every 90 seconds or so I get a frame drop to around 20 frames

Retired StaffFor diagnostic purposes, right click on Minecraft, select "run with graphics processor" then "high performance nvidia processor".
It happens on all worlds and servers and It is always set to run with graphics processor

Remove all mentions of Java from the machine via the control panel. Reboot, then grab the 64-bit version here
