Yes my brother had this problem a long time ago when he first got Minecraft. He had chrome, and it thought Minecraft was a virus, and that "this application is not registered under a safe producer, until it gets a safe license, the game has been suspended". We fixed that problem by never using chrome again, it may be faster than most browsers, but it's a hunk of junk for gaming. Like eria8 said, use Mozilia Firefox for windows, and just use the default safari for mac.
What Aero said. I have Chrome and love it, I'd never go back to Firefox. I do not have the issue of Minecraft refusing to open when my Chrome is open, and never have. I admit if I have too many tabs open MC might lag, but I think that goes for any browser and that's more to do with my computer than it is my browser/search engine. A few more details such as your computers specs, screenshots if you can and describing with more detail what happens will help us aid you better than the people telling you that you need to change browsers.
I have windows 7 64 bit. When I click on minecraft it just wont open the launcher never comes up.
Are you absolutely sure that it is related to Chrome? Does it work fine when your browser is not open? What happens if you open Google Chrome when Minecraft is already running?

Don't be forced to switch search engines. Please provide more information, such as system specifications and please describe exactly what happens.
