Hi everybody,

Sorry to disturb, but I'm stuck.

I bought this game for my son, I don't know anything about that and he's 8 year's old.(he's crying and sad he was so happy to have this game... but 10 days after I bought it, still nothing)

I downloaded the game for him, but I'm not able to make it work on my two computers (win7 Toshiba satellite and Lenovo thinkpad)

I got the official support proposing me a refund or try to see you in this forum (very commercial and professional....)

So if somebody can help a father make his son smiling and hug him, it will be welcome.
