So I'm trying to get ProjectRedMechanical and it tells me I need to get Base so I put base in my mod folder and when I open up minecraft it tells me I need "ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.219" so when I put that in my mod folder and open up minecraft again it deletes it from my mod folder and says the exact same thing over and over again.

Any suggestions?

You actually put the Forge Multiparts mod in the 1.6.4 folder in the mods folder if it's not already there. Or download CodeChickenCore and place it in the mods folder.

I do have the Forge Multipart in my 1.6.4 folder and I do have the code chicken core but it still wont work. It keeps saying

A download error has occured

CB's DepLoader was unable to download required library ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.244.jar
Check your internet connection and try restarting or download it manually from
http://files.minecraftforge.net/ForgeMultipart//ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.244.jar and put it in your mods folder

Is CodeChickenCore up to date? Or it could be your Forge Multipart not being updated either. Post an error log to be more specific.
