Playing a modded 1.6.4, and I encountered this horrific error that I like to call: Herobrine's lag. It probably has nothing to do with either of those two words, but at this point, I'm pretty certain it came from the dark one himself.
Here are some images, so you can get the full picture of this nonsense:
The sea viper is in front of me:
As you can see, there is no visible sea viper. Or water, for that matter. Strangely enough, water never disappears until well after the chunk is loaded. Many mobs and mob herds have disappeared at certain angles, and this can only occur at certain angles, these angles being completely random.
The skeleton was on fire when this image was taken. I could hear him burning.
And here is where things get disturbing, Ur-ghast (from the twilight forest) is to big to turn invisible. Here is a before and after of what happens to him:
And here is the attitude adjuster
And here is the royal guardian sword
And here is a spawn egg
And here is me using the morph mod
And here is a baby ghoul. To be honest, I'm not sure if this is related or not, but sometimes only the head would show up
This is the list of mods I have used. Mods that are not bold have been used for weeks, even months, on end without this problem showing up:

Enderstorage v1.4.2.5
Morph (beta) v0.7.1

NEI v1.6.1.8 Orespawn v17 (i have used v16 without this error appearing)
Sync v2.2.1 (the mod where you make and control "shells" for extra lives)
Twilight Forest v1.20.5
Removal of all the mods in bold proved nothing. Deletion and re-installation of my version of forge proved nothing as well. Pressing "F1", and thus removing the hub, works as a temporary solution, but this is a poor solution, as I cannot see what I am holding. I use forge v9.11.1.965, as this is the only version compatible with Orespawn v17.
Because of this glitch, I cannot play 1.6.4 as I cannot see what is attacking me. If you can tell me what this glitch is, and how I stop it, I'm all ears.

Graphical Glitches like these have happened to me when I play really old games that aren't supposed to be played on the OS I'm using. How old is your computer?

Probably not even a year. Its windows 8.1. And it plays 1.5.2 and 1.7.2 just fine. In fact, this computer can play games released before Minecraft was even conceived.

Hello, I didn't really look through the thread, what was the problem?
EDIT: Okay, haven't done a look around for a solution yet, but can you perhaps remove Rei's Minimap and Damage Indicator?
