Hi, I was setting up a server for me and a friend to play on, except it keeps crashing and I have no understanding of crash reports, other than id conflicts .

It's probably complaining about a missing required mod. Did you install everything that is needed by every mod, like Java7Checker for Hardcore Ender Expansion?
Java7Checker? Well, I didn't have that, and I got it wrong. It's not an ID conflict, silly me ^.^ it says MissingModsException, so I'll be getting to download that soon too.
