How to change achievement IDs? Help!

Hello there

In short: how do I change the IDs of achievements, or delete them altogether?

My modded client (forge 1.6.4) crashes upon startup. I'm getting an ID conflict within the mod Wintercraft:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Duplicate stat id: "achievement.rpgSpin" and "achievement.iceShard" at id 5242930

Is there any way to delete these achievements or change their IDs?

Any help would be much appreciated.

(I use ID fix minus but it doesn't fix ID conflicts for achievements)
