Hello:

I am trying to launch app for first time on my computer and I am receiving "pixel format not accelerated".

Please note that Intel no longer provides support for your graphics card, and does not have any support for Windows 8.1 for that card. You are welcomed to attempt to install the driver here but there are no guarantees it will work,
