I have a Panasonic CF-30 With intel chip. I am getting the pixel format not accelerated error. When i try to find an updated drive it says i have the latest one. I have Windows 8 not sure what else to do.

Your chipset is a legacy, as in old, card. It is not supported by Intel under Windows 8. You may be able to install the driver here,
