Hi There,

I just installed MC on my Dell Studio XPS 8100. System is fulled patched on Windows 8.1 x64 with the latest hardware/OS/Java drivers yet I still get the "pixel format not accelerated"

Hi,

It seems that your graphics card, the Legacy AMD Radeon HD 4xxx is not supported on Windows 8.1.

You'll have to downgrade to 8 or below, or get a new graphics card.

Alternativly, you can try this workaround. I would recommend you uninstall your current AMD graphics drivers before installing the ones linked.
