My MineCraft launcher will not open, it will load up as a back ground process but never turn into an application, i have already tried redownloading the launcher, and Java.
I run on a windows 8 dell laptop.
Please help.
Please remove Java completely from the machine via the control panel. Reboot the computer, as in restart, then grab the latest one here, http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Please grab the 64-bit version if you have a 64-bit computer.
