I haven't played minecraft in roughly a month or so, so when i went to open up the launcher, the Bootstrap (V5) text prompt loaded the following

Reversing LZMA on C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack.lzma to C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack
Unpacking C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack to C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.jar
Cleaning up C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack
Starting launcher.
Looks normal to me, I don't see any errors. At first I thought this may be a Java related issue, considering i just updated to 1.7.0 Update 60 (64-Bit). I even uninstalled and re-installed, as well as installing older versions of Java. I went through several reboots, and all my drivers and operating system software is up to date.
I deleted my .minecraft folder and even the versions folder as well. When i reopened the launcher though, it wouldn't install the versions. It would just make an empty folder. It looks like this http://prntscr.com/3pg0ih (Yes, its a mac like theme on Windows 7 Professional)
I have never had a problem with minecraft before. It works fine on my laptop. I have a custom built PC with very high end specs, built for gaming.
I haven't found any tutorial that can solve this as of yet, i have spent hours searching. And other launcher related issues have not matched my problem exactly. Minecraft isn't my biggest hobby, but I do wish to be able to play it when my friends do
Have you tried force cleaning it? Have you even tried updating your java? Did you installed the right Java version? Can you show me your computer specs so I can have more info.

I'm running the latest Java version (Update 60) I have installed the 64-bit version on my 64-bit PC. I even uninstalled and re-installed an older version of Java, which is what is running on my laptop, and it still gave me the same issue. Currently on Java 7 update 60.
My computer specs are
Windows 7 Professional
Intel Core i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20GHz 3.19GHz
12.0 GB RAM
64-bit Operating System
nVidia Geforce GTX 570 Graphics Card
What was causing the launcher to be frozen was the Windows 7 custom theme i was using. If you are using a certain custom theme, the Minecraft Launcher will not load!
I changed the theme to Windows Aero theme and the launcher loaded! The answer was so simple, but so unknown. This thread can be locked.
