Hi all, I am not sure if this is the right place to put this.
I am wondering if anyone knows (as the title says) howvto change were minecraft( new or old launcher, old perfrably) looks for the minecraft folder when it runs.
Like as an example the folder is on a flash drive but when MC runs it doesnt see the folderin applications support and then(since I cant put one on applications support or have it DL there) fails.
Is there any way to.change were MC looks for.the filder.
Why don''t you just make a shortcut to the .minecraft folder and put it on your desktop (or whatever thay call it on macs)? It would be a lot simpler if you were to do so.
