It seems a few others have had this issue but most posts I've found have seemingly gone unresolved, so I figured I should try and make a new post.

I was having some issues with a mod, and I've used the method before with little to no issues to where I would simply just delete everything minecraft entirely and then redownload it and that would usually fix it, but today when I tried to delete .minecraft itself, it does not let me because apparently I am not an administrator when I've checked about five times and it says I am infact an administrator. I redownloaded anyhow just to see if I could have any luck, and I continuously get this same error:

Have not a clue how to fix it, and I'd like a solution to it, so please help!

This can be caused by an antivirus package. It can block other apps from accessing the file while it scans.
