He has an HP Pavillion x2 Laptop. The driver was not listed in the updates-it's just a "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" and the manufacturern is listed as (standard display types)
It appears that this notebook is supposed to have Intel HD graphics but you are missing the driver.
You might need to get the driver from hp, otherwise you can try the autodetect utility at intel.com: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx?lang=eng
