Hey everyone. I've been having a problem where everytime I try to start up Minecraft, I get a few different errors and it won't open the actual launcher. I'm running Windows 8.1, although I'm not completely sure about the specs. Although, this is a new computer, so I doubt it's a problem with drivers or anything.
The dev console give me this error log:

If this error has already been posted, or if I did not provide enough info, please tell me and I will correct that.
The Exclamation point (!) in your username is affecting it. I gues java doesn't like punctuation.. You'll have to make a second user account on your PC for it to work again, as simply changing the name will only make it look different to you, but it'll be the old one in the directory still.
