I have amd radeon 8990 with latest update. didn't help uninstalling and reinstalling drivers. also I never had raptr. still having this issue

While I am waiting for Mojang or whoever to fix the problem i changed the game to 1.7.4 and the java thing didn't come up. I suggest if you still want to play minecraft do this..!!!
