Please help! I cannot play Minecraft because of this. Every time I open my launcher this is what shows up.

FATAL ERROR: net.minecraft.bootstrap.FatalBootstrapError: Unable to un-lzma: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Alex\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)

at net.minecraft.bootstrap.Bootstrap.main(Bootstrap.java:381)

Please fix the error and restart.

I really don't know what to do please help !

Try temporarily disabling your anti-virus. Or if you can get it to stop scanning C:\Users\Alex\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\ you could try that as well.
