Any help to fix this?

Hi there - first and foremost, do you have any texture packs or mods enabled? If so, please try turning them off temporarily to check if they are the culprits for causing this issue.

If you do not have any mods or texture packs enabled, then perhaps try and re-install the Minecraft client (backing up your files and saves), and then see if the error persists? That could point out conflicting software or perhaps a graphical hardware issue.
