So basically, after I've upgraded my desktop from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 8.1 Pro, I've started getting frame 'freezes', where basically it's running smooth and all, but it will freeze for a split-second then I'll be looking somewhere else. If it was occasionally, I wouldn't really mind, but it's just tons of quick freezes, so I can't really do anything about it.
Before you ask, it's not incapable hardware, this is a gaming rig I built myself, it's got a 670, 4770k and 16GB of ram, so it's got to be software-side somewhere. I've already tried deleting all of my minecraft files and re-installing, but the same issue.
Thanks
