Basically exactly what it sounds like. I start Minecraft up, upon up my browser (Chrome) and use the interwebs. When I click on the Minecraft window, the entire windows has that tint when it's not responding (Windows of course) and I have to wait a few minutes for it to respond. When I click the red "X" it says that Java SE isn't responding. I uninstalled all Java related programs and installed the newest version and I am still getting this issue.
