Hi, so I just installed optifine yesterday because I kept lagging in minecraft. It did work, it boosted my fps about 95%. I was really excited because I've been struggling the lag for a while. So I login to minecraft today. I realize that my fps keeps dropping and dropping. I didn't know what was going on because yesterday I didn't have any problems with minecraft lag but some reason today I am getting it. I don't know what's going on but I need help. I was also struggling with connection lag before but I finally fixed it. Now I really don't want to deal with this problem because I just want to play minecraft in peace without any problems. I really hope someone knows the solution to this. Thanks (By the way, when I logged into minecraft today, my launcher started downloading this random file. It said something about .Jar or something like that. I don't know if this is the problem but I don't really know.)

need a little more info then that bud, from what you told everyone it could be as simple as not enough allocated ram, as such each day you get on and play your world gets bigger, and the strain get bigger

or it could be a mod conflict, or a resource pack, or it could be your machine is slowly dieing, maybe someone keeps installing auto start programs on your machine, maybe your computer hdd is fragmenting

okay i went a little overboard, but do you kinda get a idea of what i mean, please post as many of theses thing as you can (please note that this can be used later for other issues)

allocated ram
other programs running
computer specs
MC Launcher you use
Java Version
Java jdk installed yes or no
