Hello!

I have this issue on my Minecaft where whenever i run or look around, it lags horribly but my frame rate doesnt drop. It stays at a 35-40 range and doesnt change when my screen starts jumping and lagging. I have 4gb of dedicated RAM for it and 512mb for PermGen. I do have quite a bit of mods installed but I dont see why it is still lagging with the amount of RAM I have given it.

Basic Specs:

• Windows 8
• 8gb RAM
• Intel Core i7
• Intel 4400 HD Grapics

(I have tried reducing render distance, fast graphics, etc. no effect)

I'm using a mod pack off of the ATLauncher. Will Optifine still work even though I am not using the official launcher?

I have tried both the ultra and standard Optifine version but still no change. They are both recognized by the forge mod loader but have no effect on the lag. Any other options I could try?

It worked! Thank you Grimallq, I messed around with some of the performance tweaks and now the lag is almost gone. Thanks a bunch for your help!
