ModeratorBut... looking at your dxdiag i can see your graphics card is not supported in windows 8.1 due to its age,
You have 3 options
1 - downgrade windows to 8 or lower
2 - buy a newer graphics card (not possible if using a laptop)
3 - try the work around here http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2362641-windows-8-lack-of-updated-graphics-drivers-solved/#entry28630173 (not guaranteed to work as its a work around)
