So I got this error after installing windows 8.1 and Ive tried everying I've read through on various sites including

Reinstalling the lates update to my graphics card (Radeon HD 4500)

Installing the latest java 64 bit for my 64 bit system

anything else that I could try that anyone knows of?

I don't believe there are drivers available for the Radeon HD 4500 on Windows 8.1.
