i am tring to host minecraft server on my pc for my family. we have 3 computers that run minecraft.
i connected them using hamachi because my father blocked the computer sharing.
And now for the problem:
only when the server is on my pc when my brother connects to the server after five seconds his client closes with no crash message.

the server side error:

lost connection: Internal Exception: an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

i have tried minecraft 1.7.2 and 1.7.9.
when the server is on the laptop(the 3rd computer) there is no bug, and the laptop can easly connect to my pc.
my pc runs on windows 7 64bit
my brothers pc runs on windows xp sp2 32bit.
java up to date.

please help.
