I was adding mods to my mods folder in my applications folder when I finished. I wanted to see if all my downloaded folder mods have worked. I opened minecraft in Forge 1.6.4 when it said forge found a problem. I had no idea what to do with that. It carries on saying: The mods and version below could not be found

Forge : minimum version required is 10.12.0.986

Is it because of the mods I am using? Forge?

I need help please
