how do you open a terminal window

when i launch a mod pack and it downloads right and right before it gets to the game it just quits all together :/ and i use a mac btw

(It Fixes FTB and Technic launcher Crashes)

What You Need To Do:

1)Open The Download

2)Untick the one which is Java se 7 (or Java 7 Or Anything With The Words Java And 7) (please note the pictures say Java 6 coz i already deleted 7)

Now i have no pics for rest coz i already did it

3)Now Right click Java 7 And A finder will appear

4)Move All Contents (should be 1) to the the Trash

5)Empty Trash

6)Load Technic launcher/FTB and Enjoy
