Does the version of forge match up with the version you have on Minecraft?
If yes, then proceed. If no then update or downgrade Forge to a matching version.
Do all the mods match up their versions with the version of Minecraft that you are using?
If yes then I have no idea. If no, update or remove the mods whos version does not match.
