I'm not sure exactly what section to post this under, but it's for a modpack so I figured this was as good a place as any. I'm trying to create a modpack for my private server and ran into a bunch of block IDs, but when I looked at the Config folder to fix them, I still had a lot of old config files from back when I tried out the Direwolf pack. To make it easier on myself I want to delete all of the files in the Config folder and start from scratch.
So my question is this: are there any config files that vanilla Minecraft uses that I would need to keep in the folder, or am I okay to get rid of everything in the folder?
Vanilla minecraft doesn't even have a config folder, so deleting it won't affect vanilla minecraft. It will, however, reset all the block and item IDs to the defaults. This can cause a LOT of ID conflicts. As for removing files, I would recommend only deleting config files if the mod that they're from isn't currently installed.

I made my own shader pack, by the way.
