So, for some reason there are weird white jagged lines in the sky. I've been told disabling Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering would fix it, but neither did. I've also been told that changing 'fboEnable: true' to 'false' would fix it, but that just causes my screen to go black. I also read that clicking 'Super Secret Settings' is a catalyst for the black screen error, but I haven't clicked that.
OmniSlacker, this appears to be caused by a graphics setting (its happened to me, and this is how I solved it)
Try going into your graphics control center, called AMD Catalyst Control Center, and go to 3D rendering (Gaming for AMD) and if there are anything which states the program overrides and not the game, let the game take control.

By the way, I think this should go without saying, but I'm using Forge.
