Ok, I start up the Magic Launcher (latest version), load up the minecraft 1.6.4 .jar (with forge loaded onto it already), pop the mods folder mods in, and start up the game. However, I soon discover that none of it worked and it's all just vanilla 1.6.4
Any help?
