server not working on java 8

when i run my server on ultra modded survival i get an error saying "java 8 is not supported on MCPC+8.11! please run MCPC+ using java 7. but when i try to run it on java 7 i get this error "error occurred during initialization of vm java/lang/noclassdeffounderror java/lang/object" help

How do you make Java 7 run, because I got the same error with Java 8.
