Recently I've noticed that when I hold an enchained item I loe 15-20 FPS. I read up on it, and it appears that optifine fixes it, but when I got optifine with forge...it doesn't. Optifine works fine, but does NOT have the enchanted item lag fix.

Forge(With liteloader)

Lunatrius Core
Schematica
Mo'Bends
Voxelmap
DamageIndicators
All the plugins related to shaders(I don't use shaders, but I have them for taking screenshots.)
